How to cancel ChatGPT Plus (OpenAI)

Billed on your card via Stripe.

  1. 1chatgpt.com → your name / profile → Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel subscription (opens the Stripe billing portal).
  2. 2Confirm the cancellation; access continues until the end of the period.
  3. 3Remove or cancel the card mandate if you don’t want the card kept on file.
